Q.

hello, I am having 17 weeks twins pregnancy. Today in an ultrasound scan doc has found that one twin has a single echogenic intracardiac focus(eif) in left ventricle of heart, but my double marker test is normal having low risk. Does it will create any problem for the baby in future or something I have to worry about?

A. usually no problem. you have to do a few more tests and a scan after a local doctor advice for proper treatmentIn such cases you can talk to a doctor and get some blood tests done to reach to a conclusion
