Q.

hello.. I am a mother of one year baby boy.. I m not getting my periods since 3 months.. and I am not pregnant too.. 3 months back my ultrasound was also normal.. so how can I induce my menstruation without harming my hormones?? if anyone can advice me.. I will be grateful

A. The best treatment to have Regular periods is by having a healthy lifestyle with regular daily walking or jogging along with mild exercise and meditation whenever possible. as medications will only act till you are taking them

A. If you are breastfeeding your baby, your periods may not return for several months after childbirth. This is because the hormone that causes you to make milk, prolactin, also stops you from ovulating and having your period. If you are breastfeeding day and night, it can be up to a year or two before your period returns.
