Q.

Hello. I am a mother of 13 months old twin daughters. I feed them solid food plus they take Lactogen stage 3 for milk feed. On the Lactogen feed table the total feed quantity mentioned is 420ml. my question is that should I strictly stick to the total quantity mentioned in the Feed table or does it depends on the baby's requirements. Thank You

A. Hello mom would suggest you to give toddlers animal milk now and stop lactogen as after the age of one they can be given. Animal milk preferably cows milk , Also lactogen intake depends it is not necessary to give as mentioned on the pack it all depends on the requirement of the child if they are taking solids well you can reduce sey the quantity as per the requirement
