#AskTheExpert my twin daughters will be 6 months old on 25 jan can you please advice should I start solid food. which cereal is best for then and can we feed com milk? as of now there are on formula milk.

Hello ma’am Try to give milk at least five times to your day once you start with semisolid and you can start with rice Dal water porridge khichadi mashed banana mashed potato Suji Kheer Upma vegetable purees vegetable soup fruits available in the market on room temperature pumpkin soup you can give good amount of Paneer to your child curd ragi oats all these things you can gift your child and make sure that you had all the necessary spices from the very beginning itself for a proper taste and also introduce water to the baby
