Hello, I am a breastfeeding mother, my baby is 6 months old. Can I have cow's colostrum milk pudding? Will it effect my baby's health? Is it safe to consume? Because I heard that if mother consumes cow's colostrum, it can cause severe health problems to babies while breastfeeding.Please clarify

You can have cows milk buffaloes milk full cream packet milk can you name it and you have it and you can have all the things made up with either of these milk because you having any kind of milk is not going to affect your child this is just a misconception that you have
