hello, I am 5 months pregnant with twins. I feel my babies movement on regular basis, they seem very active but today i felt less movements as compared to other days. should i worry?? what can i do??

A. Nothing to worry it is absolutely normal as sometimes you feel more movements and sometimes less so stay calm abd take care of your health eat nutritious diet and take your supplements take care
