Hello ! I am 35 weeks pregnant with twins and I regularly face acidity problems, sometimes it is extreme that I cannot sleep. I asked my docter if I can take Gelusil antacid liquid, doc suggested I can take it but it's better if I take Pan 40 . Please help me to know which one is better and safe

A. gelusil is temporary pantoprazole will work for 24 hours For further advice it is advisable to consult your local doctor for appropriate examination if there is need for investigations also then only proper treatment can be given to you o . K .

A. Hello dear! Avoid self medication, complete the course of medication as prescribed by your doctor. Eat a well balanced healthy diet and keep yourself hydrated all through the day. Keep your doctor posted about any changes or developments. Good luck and take care.
