Hello , i am 33 yrs old.. i tested for b12 yesterday and it came high i.e 1160 … why is it so ?

A. Maybe you’re having something which is high content of B12 any supplement or any such particular food because we don’t have knowledge about all the foods that have higher content of any particular particular supplements you need to check with your doctor for that and they help you with proper diet to reduce it down and extend medication would also
