Hello, I am 20 weeks pregnant and have a severe neck pain. can I use systaflame gel once?

ExpertDr Priyanka KalraObstetrician and Gynaecologist4 years agoA. yes you can use psinkil gel on you. there is no harm. but avoid for long time. you must try to eat healthy, lots of fruit and stay hydrated. take enough sleep and no stress

please consult your treating gynaecologist once and get your self properly examined
Take sunbath daily
Don't use RO water
Use simply purified water having TDS higher than 350
