Hello how do i know that baby is ready for soild foods?please suggest soild food to be given for baby ...along with fruits and vegtabls?

ExpertVandana SharmaNutritionist4 years agoA. Hello mom babies tend to by now try to sit by them selfs or with support but without been strained or discomfort . So you can tend to first introduce him to liquids first now and then gradually move to semi solids and mashed foods
