Q.

hello hi doctor I have a girl baby with 2 years.undergone c sec.My doct yold.nkt to use any belts till 1 year..I have not used any post pregnancy belt.Can i start using it..please suggest the good one. Still I do breastfeeding for my kid.Will there any problem of I use belt now.Please comment. thanks

A. Hi mom Now the belt will not be of much use now.. After delivery it is worn to give support to the uterus and loose belly.... To reduce belly fat start with the exercise. Do yoga. Surya namaskar aasan will help u to reduce your belly fat
