Hello, Good Morning! what should I offer as protein supplement to my 2.4 year baby. His Daily diet includes- Morning breakfast oats kheer with soaked 2 almonds 1 walnut 2 Kaju and 4-5 kishmish(grinded) -4 days a week. early morning 6:30 AM 150 ml milk Morning breakfast moong dal rice khichdi with Vegetables like pees, carrot, 1-2 strand of spinach green coriander leaf- 3 days a week @12 pm boiled apple medium size- Daily @ 1:00 PM Vegetable soup- all steamed (carrot 2 inch , very small potato, capsicum 1inch, spinach 3-4 strands, small tomato withou seed) 2:15 pm lunch Daal Rice/roti 5:30 pm - milk 150 ml 7:00 PM-a handful of roasted makhana or Mudhi( murmure) P let me know if I have to add something else to my baby's diet

A. The diet which you are telling is fine and the only thing is stop steaming or boiling apple and now as the child is above 2 years stop mashing foods and giving boiled fruits and let child bite chew and eat

A. hii although ur baby's first chart is very well planned. As u would like to add protein in his diet, plz u may prefer stuffed panner Paratha in his lunch or shallow fried (in cows's ghee) panner cubes in his breakfast.

A. Hi Bandana Mam thankyou for your instant reply. I was giving my baby raw apple but now these days due to cold weather whenever I offer him raw fruits he gets cold and cough. That's why I offer him steamed apple. Plz reply if there is any problem eating steamed apple otherwise I will stop it from now on.
