hello good morning sir.. meta beta 2 yrs 11 months ka h but wo abhi mushkil se 5-6 words bol pata h uska tongue tie ki problem thi joki 1 year pahle remove kra di thi to ab kya reason ho sakta h na bolne ka.. plz btaye thank you
