A. only way to reduce weight is to do moderate exercises like this walking yoga take tight with lot of green leafy vegetables adequate water lesson fats and carbohydrates more in proteins

A. Drink lots of water. Eat meals early in the night around 7 to 7:30 pm. Drink water right before any meal. Start going for brisk walk for atleast 30 to 40 mins in a day. You can practice yoga or stretching exercises. Surya Namaskar is good. Avoid junk food, processed food, fatty foods and oily foods.
