hello good morning my sister is around 20 days before she delivered baby girl so in her lunch we can give her white peas with chapati??

It is going to be very heavy you should avoid giving these kind of heavy protein for initial 40 days because the body cannot accept it then the mother has a lot of gas and all but if you want to give it try to give it just like once but I would advise you to avoid if you can
