shreya goelMom of a 7 yr 6 m old boy4 years agoA. Hello mom You can give it before lunch but baby should have taken any meals from the morning and it is very important. You should not give it empty stomach. All the medicine should be given only if baby has taken some meals. And you should also add pomegranate and beetroot in babies regular diet plan it will also help in increasing haemoglobin
