hello good morning. I'm a mom of 2months baby girl I'm not getting enough mlik for baby And also I have used to drink galact for that also not having improvement... recently my cousin suggest me to take patanjali shatavarni churna.. is that useful?

A. it is ok .Mother feeding should be exclusive at least till 6 month of age of not directly then expressed milk can be tried. If not possible then milk formula should be given with proper dilution . After 6 month can start with top feed along with cow milk .
