Ankita MehtaMom of a 10 yr 4 m old girl5 years agoA. hi usually it happens because of hormonal changes. please take healthy and well balanced diet. keep your body well hydrated. take apt sunlight atleast 20 minutes a day. apply coconut oil daily on your hair. wash your hair twice in a week. use mixture of Amala aritha and shikakai powder for it. make a paste of methidana (soaked in water overnight)with curd, apply it on your hair and leave it to dry then rinse with Luke warm water it will definitely help. stay stress free.
