hello experts shall I take dolo 650 tab for cold, cough and fever while breastfeeding. my babies are 4 month old

Dr GhouseGuardian of 3 children4 years agoA. no problem you can use Dolo 650 for relief of Fever and painFever is because of the response of the body to any foreign infection there will be rise of temperature to fight against the infection treat with paracetamol only if the temperature is more than hundred degrees Fahrenheit
