Hello experts... my daughter is 2 years 2 months old Whenever i give her food or fruits in a bowl she use to eat soo fast... without completing a bite she will take another bite... is this normal?? and how should I make her understand to eat slow bite after bite

ExpertVandana SharmaNutritionist2 years agoA. Hello mom it happens either they are in a hurry to finish or have no understanding as yet . It’s always a good idea to talk to the child have meals or snacks together whenever possible and they learn a lot through observing
