hello experts I had leg cramps and dull ache in lower back but no spotting. it happened after 6 day of ovolution. I am trying to conceive. Is this implantation pain?

A. can't say. do upt. please get a good gyne check up that will help you find the cause. may need ultrasound and that will tell exactly what's wrong in this situation.
