Hello everyone, This is my second pregnancy. According to LMP(1st March '22) I am 5 months& days preg. But still I have not sense amy movements of baby... What to do?

A. get ultrasound ok. you can feed egg, paneer soya, halwa, banana. a great variety if home made stuff guarantee weight gain plus health as well. that ensures appropriate milestone in time for babies. ok.
