hello everyone.. please advise.. my baby has 4 uppr teeth & 4 lower teeths.. but his uppr teeth & gum looks so out of mouth.. i mean he always keep his two front teeths out of his mouth.. it looks little funnier bt weird too.. how can i help him to not to keep teeth outside the mouth all the time

A. these are normal physiological process we cannot help them we should not interfere also just wait and watch and further you can seek guidance from your doctor for proper suggestions and follow them accordingly e for the the best benefit and also maintain good hygiene which is helpful it's always important
