Hello everyone. My toddlers teeth started breaking off bit by bit from about the age of 3 yrs . now she is 3 yrs 9 months old and lower half of her front teethe have broken off . What will be the best thing to do ? Should consult a dentist or wait for the teeth to automatically fall off ??

See the teaser falling like this maybe there is some problem maybe there some deficiency or something that you need to know about it it’s better to consult the dentist because if there is a problem they’ll tell you so that when they come they will be proper so don’t take a chance please consult your dentist
