hello everyone, mere pregnancy ko 5 month chal rha h mj abhi se itching ho rhi h head to toe . maine itching kr kr ke mask bhi bana diye h. m coconut oil bhi lagati hu but not relief. i don't know m kya kru somebody help me .

A. First if all start drinking around two litres if water in a day abd include juicy and hydrating fruits and vegetables salads in diet and due to improper functioning if liver it happens do eat more fibre rich foods
