hello everyone im 6 th month pregnancy I loss my body weight it is harmful to my baby are not and my bell is not increasing?

A. yes. please put o n weight. it's always better to re check with your physician and see who will examine and comment. try to follow all advice. I am sure all doctors care to clear all doubts of yoursit's important to focus of a healthy diet. you can add paneer, dahi, ghee, beans, fresh fruits and cereals. no harm. always involve your primary physician too in diet plan to get first hand advice and better outcome.
