Hello everyone I have ordered products from firstcry I have received a bill for 10 products but I have received only 4 items. I have raised a complaint but they are saying from our end we have packed 10 items when I received the package it was sealed pack I didn't take any video of the opening package bcz I wasn't expecting this from last 5 years I have ordered so many this what should I do now plz help

Then put it into the higher authorities that’s what I can tell you you can put a mail to the official authorities who are basically running this brand maybe they will be able to help you because it is a big thing and it should not happen from the end of First Cry app so I think that’s what you can do you can actually put an email to the official authorities then who are above these departments

Look I can understand your concern you should put an email to the official Dept for that and also you can call in the HELPLINE number in the Pune office they will certainly look into the matter because not everybody do the box opening with the video so I can understand that your concern is correct but for that you will have to take help with the associated department only
