hello everyone, I have been suffering from tail bone pain from last 6 months.. I had my c-section delivery 2.5 yrs ago. anyone has any suggestions for how this can be cured? any specific treatment or doctor. any help would be great!

A. Did you have a C-section six months back or something because usually this pain can be associated with C-section epidural that you get so you should actually put a heat pad and consult the doctor if they advise you then you should go for exercising as well yoga I mean
