Hello everyone! I am the mother of 3 yrs old child. My child is not speaking properly till date. Whenever I tried to speak him he repeats the sentence but with last 2-3 words rest are gone. He never makes sentence himself but for his needs he asks khana do, Pani do, fan chalao, tv chalao, like that only . Please suggest what to do as I am worried because the child of same age groups are talking with their their parents .
