Hello everyone. I am a mom of 3 kids and all 3 kids are via c section delivery...My last delivery was in October 2022 it's been 8 months post delivery but still I'm not gaining weight after delivery.instead of gaining I'm loosing my weight.My age is 26 years and height is 5.4 and my weight is 41kg..I'm underweight and want to gain weight..Pls help how to gain weight

If you are losing your weight suddenly then there could be 1% of chance that you are suffering with hyperthyroid so I would recommend you one time to get a thyroid test done once and if it is negative then kindly consult dietician or a nutrition expert they will be able to help you with the right kind of diet plan and follow
