Hello Everyone, I am 13 weeks Pregnant, Facing severe headache almost every second day. Due to this I won't be able to read or watch anything. is it normal ? or I should go for some medications ???

Sai Prasanthi R LMom of a 11 yr 6 m old boy4 years agoA. Hello dear! Can be due to hormonal changes. Eat a well balanced healthy diet and keep yourself hydrated all through the day. Include seasonal fruits and vegetables, green leafy vegetables, nuts, dry fruits and dairy. If the problem is severe then consult your doctor for further advice. Good luck and take care.
