Hello Dr.. whenever my son is doing motion..it seems like he is doing it by pressure and it very hard ..suggest what to do

A. Increase the intake of liquid into the diet of your child that is going to help in hydration and better digestion and with that the poop is also going to be proper and soft as it is supposed to be your child would not have the problem that your child is facing currently
