Q.

hello Dr Vandan Kumar sir my baby boy is 13 months old now.kindly guide how to manage with separation anxiety..as he always starts to cry whenever me or my husband goes away from him for some time and whenever he is alone..he doesn't play with toys also when alone .. kindly help

A. it is always there in children after 9 months of age also known as stranger anxiety. the thing is that the child will be always stressful for few days and then will get acquainted to the new environment in which the child is present. so no need to worry it will be fine you can just leave the child with other people or new environment for sometime whenever there is a need. also in your presence when a particular person is in front of the child the child will gradually get acquainted to the new person and will not feel any anxiety in front of that person in next few days

A. hello the child is just 13 month old and it is normal and try to get your child socialized with other people are the kid around it and as the child grow it will be all fine and it is just a phase common with the kit at this age and nothing to worry about
