hello dr sir my baby has cold before 5 days we are using maxtra drops 0.4ml for 3 days we can continue that syrup or change

giving indirect steam it helps
a physical examination is necessary for appropriate diagnosis of anyconsition
see a doctor once and get baby evaluated for te cause

If still baby is suffering from cold and cough then you can continue giving the medicine till baby doesn’t get relief fully. Otherwise you have to avoid giving these medicines and you can stop it now. Rather than this you have to maintain a proper diet to keep your baby healthy.
