Hello Dr, since birth my baby gal is in NICU due to hypoxia but it was treated ,since birth she not able to swallow.. so g tube was placed on her stomach for proper feeding.. she is having secretions regularly.. earlier to placement of g tube as well she was having secretions from mouth and nose.. now the feeding quantity is increasing gradually her secreations also started increasing and frequently staff has to do suction. she Is 1 monh 7days old ... iam worried now.. is there any therapy or exactly what can be done for her...
