hello dr saheb mera beta 2 years 9 month ka hai cough and cold bot hai vometting bhi ho rahi hai khaansi bot jyada hai so nhi raha continue khaansi aa rahi hai kya karna chahiye

Cough and cold can we because of some allergic reaction in the body most of the time it is viral in the origin need to give symptomatict treatment first ylike steam inhalation and some home remedies cough expectorant may be required along with anti allergic medications
