Hello dr. My son is having constipation and facing problem with hard stool which he is unable to pass out despite putting immense pressure ,how to help me

A. it is common in this age. Tight stool are common at this age . You should give more of liquid like water and juices to baby along with green leafy vegetable and more fruits and fibrous diet .
