Hello Dr, my son is 8 yrs old and from last 3-4 years he has eruptions on Joints like knee, elbow , Toe, ear joints and stomach. it is not getting cured by medicines.. could you please share some good remedy or medicine for the same?

A. you can apply t bact cream locally. this cream can be applied to all tthree times everyday and maintain hygiene of the affected area. if there is no improvement after 3 days then kindly meet your doctor for examination and specific treatment
