my body is paining a lot...even during sleeping...specially back and legs with joints on knee

A. kindly see that you are not suffering from any nutritional deficiency like iron folic acid calcium vitamin d and vitamin b12 and take supplements accordingly if there is deficiency. you should have a proper sittingx posture as well as sleeping posture which will help in decreasing the pain. for simple pain you can take paracetamol as well as you can take physiotherapy. d meet your doctor if it is not improving. advisable to take seasonal fruits and vegetables.

A. This is usually happened due to multiple deficiencies in the body most common is the calcium and definitely D3 because these things are very important and vital rule in our body so sometimes due to this kind of a deficiency also this kind of a problem can be seen
