hello dr my son is 6 months old but not gaining weight still 5.5 kg.He born in 8th month.

ExpertDr. Minal AcharyaNutritionist3 years agoA. dear mum, considering that your baby was born preterm, weight of 5.5 kg is a normal weight. also if baby is active, alert, passing urine more than 7 times in 24 hours and achieving all growth milestones then it indicates good health.
