hello Dr. my son is 3years old n he ill always be telling dat he have stomach pain I consult many doctors but no result???.no outside food no snacks nothing am giving even though he have stomach pain plz suggest me what to do???

Pls get a deworming done once. use ajwain water , fennel seed water for good digestion. do not give biscuits, bread, chocolates, chips, sugary drinks, maggi
Make child drink lot of water. give lot of vegetables. stop milk for some time & observe if there is any improvement
