Hello Dr My son is 1 year old his skin on his face is getting dry a lot , as I am applying coconut oil and body lotion as well. Still it’s getting dry do help in this matter

A. hi please do the following things: keep your child Hydrated offer homemade healthy food yes apply coconut oil on dry skin so give Massage to your child daily dress your child in weather appropriate clothes. provide apt sun light at least 20 minutes a day avoid using soap while bathing your child. don't give bath for more than 10 minutes maintain good hygiene
