Hello Dr my son 2 years old..He doesn't respond when I call out him and he doesn't say anything either..

A child could be having a delayed growth in the understanding of the things sometimes when kids do not have a proper mental growth which goes along with the progressing age that is when you see it could be associated with mild or the beginning of autism also so I would recommend you to consult a psychologist and start with homeopathic treatment if your doctor says any of the things that I’m saying is correct
