Hello Dr My son 2 years old He always having fever, 100.0 cold and cough what is that reason. I am worried about that

Always having fever then it could be due to viral plus you should conduct a blood test for your child to know that why your child is always having fever having fever all the time is not a good or a healthy sign so you’ll have to have an assessment with your doctor to be more clear and sure about what situation is one what can be done so that your child becomes more healthy and the growth is proper with passing time
