Hello Dr my one year old boy fallen and his tounge hurt by teeth (both teeth cmpletlely go through tounge from down to up ) and it's bleeding a lot. is OT serious?? need to check with Dr ? or any ointment can u suggest ??

A. If the teeth have gone through the tongue when you should immediately visit your dentist for that because what is the damage what is to be done to take care of the situation the dentist is going to advise you correctly please consult a doctor
