Dr Sameer awadhiyaGuardian of 2 children4 years agoA. you can clean the tongue with tongue cleaner which is available in market and teeth with baby toothbrush and further you can seek guidance from your doctor for proper suggestions and follow them accordingly e for the the best benefit and also maintain good hygiene which is helpful it's always important
