hello Dr my first baby was severly premature during my 9th month she had oligohydrism pleural effusion and after six months she had cataract and squint she is hopefully f9 but weak by weight and height what precautions should I take during 2nd issue

A. Hello mom first of all as the baby was a premature baby so their growth pace will be slow as compared to that of a full term Baby , also as per his age start solids as you haven’t mentioned it

A. Hello mom If you are planning for your second baby then in such cases you should consult with your gynaecologist about it and doctor can advise you some medication which will help you to conceive your baby. And you should continue taking the medication which is prescribed by your doctor. . Happy parenting
