Hello Dr. My daughter is of 7months now...I have started Nestom powder twice a day...Is is good for babies health or else any other....please advice us about babies food

Ma’am It’s fine if you want to give it but it is not a complete meal and hope you know that so you have to work upon meals for your child in terms of Khichdi porridge and all the things which are healthy for a child to be eating vegetable purees are good to go for food so just try to give things which are natural and healthy
