Hello Dr., my daughter is Going to Turn two in the month of September my concern is that she loves having a little bit of sweet chocolate and chips can we give her a small amount is that okay I have tried giving her rajma but it does not suit her as she started getting infected in stomach after having rajma or Mix Dal

A. dear mum, you should not give chips and chocolates to your baby every day, not even in little amount. chocolates are full of sugar and chips is a processed food. both of these result in unhealthy weight gain. you can give these occassionally.
