hello Dr my daughter is 45 days old and still she's passing water liquid stool,most part is just water and pooping with every pee in small patches, her poop is still not thick, is it normal ??

Loose motion are most of the time infective where it is associated with fever and vomiting and its known as gastroenteritis where symptomatic treatment along with management for dehydration is required if loose motions are associated with foul smell mucous hifdgh grade fever than it could be bacterial infection which needs antibiotics treatment
